Q: How do I order from Stratex
A: You can order from

Q: How do I order from the Stratex website?
A: First set up account, which is quick and easy:

  • Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of the website
  • Enter your details under the Register heading
  • A verification email will be sent to your email, click on the link to confirm set up and you’re set to browse!

Q: What happens if I don’t receive a verification email when I set up an online account?
A: It’s possible an invalid email address was entered or a technical problem with your email server. Please contact our team on 1300 991 180.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We have extensive stock in warehouses throughout Australia. For orders received before midday, 90% of are delivered within 1-2 working days.

Q: What is Stratex’s return policy?
A: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in the original packaging and in same condition that you received it in. You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Stratex may also charge a small restocking fee to cover administration expenses. For more information, see our Return and Refund policy here

Q: What payment methods does Stratex accept?
A: You can pay using PayPal (you don’t have to have a PayPal account to use it, you can enter your card details direct). Direct Deposit is another method of payment, our bank details will appear when you check out online.

Q: I don’t have a paypal account, can I still pay via Paypal?
A: Yes, absolutely. You can simply enter your card details and pay without having to register.

Q: Does Stratex deliver outside of Australia?
A: At this stage, Stratex only provides delivery for online orders within Australia.

Q: My freight cost seems unusually high, can I get a custom freight quote?
A: Sometimes on bulk orders there are freight miscalculations, simply get in touch with our team who can provide a more accurate, custom freight quote.
